Today the three youngsters were taken away from their parents to give them both some rest, so that the youngsters can fly out in the youth flight. And the parents can concentrate on the next nest, three eggs again, last year never more than three, strange! If all goes well, they will come out this week.

My first litter of Cuban finches flew out this week, there were three of them.

Mom and Dad are courting each other again and are already dragging nesting material, on to the next young ones!

The other couples are not yet ready to nest, which is a pity, but that may still happen, they are still young.
