A few weeks ago I bought a few tricolors, including two lutinos from various growers in the country.

We started the 2007 breeding season with four pairs of tricolor parrot finches. Due to the construction of a new outdoor aviary, the birds were kept in a fairly dark shed for two months and did not actually get into shape during the breeding season. A few nests but few fertilized eggs and therefore no young tricolors this season.
